Kristian Vistrup Madsen is a writer and curator based in Berlin. His writing has been published in magazines such as Artforum, Harpers, The White Review, Spike and more, as well as in conjunction with exhibitions at, among others, Kunsthalle Basel, Secession, WIELS and Hamburger Bahnhof. Doing Time: Essays on Using People, a book about using other people to make art, came out from Floating Opera Press in 2021. His last exhibition “Play It As It Lays” was part of Curated By in Vienna, and his most recent essay "Mood Over Content" was published by Kunstkritikk.
